Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 working days

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: £3.95 (UK mainland)
  • Express Shipping: £4.95 (UK mainland)

International Shipping will be considerably more.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following areas:

  • UK Mainland: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
  • Northern Ireland: Additional shipping fee of £5.00 applies

Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages. 

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if paid for tracked delivery). You can use this information to track the status of your package.

Delivery Times

Our standard shipping option typically takes 3-5 working days to deliver. Express shipping usually takes 1-2 working days, while next day shipping is typically delivered within 24 hours.

We deliver on weekdays only, except for bank holidays.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Please allow extra time during peak periods or holidays.

Changes to Orders

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been shipped.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused or undeliverable, we will not refund the original shipping cost. We will only refund the product cost minus any applicable restocking fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss options. Please note that you may be subject to customs fees.
